When am I charged?

Your first box is charged when you check out. After that, the club renews on the first of each month, the same day the new lineup is announced. Shipping is included in the price, so the amount does not change.
Can I choose the items?

The month's lineup is chosen for everyone and announced on the 1st. If you already know your favorites, subscribe to them individually for ten percent off and monthly delivery.
How do I skip a month or cancel?

Both are handled from your account. Open your subscription and you can skip the next box, pause, or cancel outright. There is no cancellation fee and no minimum number of boxes.
Are these full sizes?

Yes. The box holds the same jars and bottle sold on their own, not travel sizes or samples.
What if fragrance does not agree with my skin?

The items in each box carry their announced scents. If fragrance does not agree with your skin, the unscented body butter and unscented foaming sugar scrub are always available to order on their own.
