How long until my order ships?

We make and pack everything ourselves, so orders ship within 2–4 business days. During launches and the holidays it can run a little longer, and we will tell you if it does.
Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, free standard shipping on orders over $40. You will see the progress toward it in your cart.
My butter arrived soft or melted. Is it ruined?

No. Shea butter softens in heat and that is normal in summer transit. Put the closed jar in the refrigerator for about an hour and it will firm back up. The texture may be slightly denser than when it left us, but nothing about the product has gone bad.
Can I change or cancel my order?

Email us as soon as you can. If the batch has not been packed yet we can usually still change it. Once a label is printed we cannot.
