We do not add things to lengthen a label. Every butter, oil, and botanical in our formulas is there for what it does on your skin, and we are happy to tell you exactly what that is.

It started with reading labels.

Cosmic Escentuals began because Veronica could not find body care that did what it promised. So she started reading past the front of the bottle, into the ingredients behind it, and what each one actually contributes.

Years of that research is what our formulas are built on. We choose ingredients for three things: how they feel going on, how long they keep your skin comfortable, and whether they belong in something you use every day.

Because everything is made by hand in small batches, we know what is in every jar we sell, and we will always tell you.

Nourish
Whipped Body Butters
Rich, lasting moisture that melts in without sitting on top of the skin.
Ingredients
Butters: Shea, Mango. Oils: Squalane, Meadowfoam Seed, Hemp, Avocado, Castor, Rosemary. Also: Arrowroot, Oatmeal, Vitamin E, essential oil, fragrance oil.
Bare Moon Unscented is the same formula with the fragrance left out.
Polish
Foaming Sugar Scrubs
Cleanses and exfoliates in one step, then rinses clean.

Foaming bath butter crystal base, Jojoba Oil, Avocado Oil, Sugar, Fragrance, Preservative.
Seal & Glow
Herbal Body Oil Spray
A fine mist that locks in moisture over butter, or works on its own for a lightweight glow.

MCT Oil, Vitamin E, Rosemary Oleoresin Extract, essential oil and/or fragrance oil.

Herbal Infused Hair & Beard Oil
A heavier infused blend for scalp, hair, and beard.

Sunflower, Coconut, Avocado, Hempseed, and Neem oils with Vitamin E, infused with fifteen herbs, flowers, and seeds.

Handcrafted Body Bars
Gentle everyday cleansing with a conditioning, cold-process base.

Olive Oil, Coconut Oil, Castor Oil, Cocoa Butter, RSPO Palm Oil, Shea Butter, Grapeseed Oil, Rice Bran Oil, Avocado Oil, Rosehip Oil, Fragrance Oil, and mica colorants.

What each one is doing.

Shea Butter
Deeply moisturising and rich in fatty acids. It is what gives a whipped butter its body and staying power.

Lighter than shea and absorbs faster, which keeps the whip from feeling heavy or greasy.

A remarkably light emollient that mirrors skin's own lipids, so it absorbs almost immediately.

Fifteen herbs, flowers, and seeds.

Our hair and beard oil is not simply blended, the carrier oils are infused with fifteen herbs, flowers, and seeds before they ever reach a bottle. Infusion takes time, which is exactly why it does not happen at scale.

That base is why the blend absorbs the way it does, and why the same bottle works on scalp, hair, and beard.

Scent is a real part of why a ritual feels like one, so we do not apologise for it. We use skin-safe fragrance oils, chosen and measured for use on the body.

If fragrance is not for you, our Bare Moon collection is made with the same base formula, fragrance left out entirely, not masked, just absent.

Especially with a new scent. Apply a small amount to your inner arm and give it a day before using it all over.

If you react to nut oils, fragrance, or a specific botanical, email us before ordering. We will tell you plainly whether a product is a fit.
Small batches vary slightly
Colour and texture can shift a little between batches. That is handmade product behaving normally, not a fault.
