Shipping Policy
Processing Time
- Orders ship within 3–5 business days.
- High-volume seasons (sales or holidays) may add a few extra days.
- Custom and bulk orders include personalized processing estimates.
Shipping Methods & Rates
- We currently ship within the U.S. via USPS or UPS.
- Rates calculate automatically at checkout based on weight & destination.
- Free-shipping promotions will be clearly advertised when available.
Tracking & Delivery
Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.
Address Accuracy
Please confirm your shipping address before checkout. Cosmic Escentuals is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses entered by the customer.
Lost or Damaged Packages
- After dispatch, carrier responsibility begins.
- If marked Delivered but missing, contact your local USPS/UPS office.
- If items arrive damaged, email us within 7 days with your order number and photos to request replacement or store credit.
International Orders

Return & Exchange Policy
General Policy
Due to the personal nature of our handmade skincare products, we cannot accept returns once opened or used. Unopened items may be returned within 7 days of delivery with prior authorization.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with your order number and photos. Approved claims receive a replacement or store credit.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase if they haven’t shipped.
Custom or Bulk Orders
All custom and bulk orders are final sale. Each batch is made to order and cannot be returned or exchanged.
