Refund & Exchange Policy 

At Cosmic Escentuals, each item is handmade with care. Because our products are personal care items, we cannot accept returns once opened or used for health and safety reasons.

Refunds & Exchanges 

  • We do not accept returns due to the personal nature of our products.

  • If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will gladly issue a replacement or store credit.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet shipped.

Custom Orders

  • All custom and bulk orders are final sale.
